Job Summary
Betopia Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Commercial to lead and oversee all commercial operations, including import-export, supply chain coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of commercial processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial activities, including import, export, and local procurement

Oversee LC processes (opening, amendment, negotiation, and settlement)

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all commercial and shipping documentation

Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, shipping lines, and international suppliers

Manage customs clearance, bonded warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery

Analyze costs, duties, and commercial risks for optimization

Prepare reports for management, audits, and compliance purposes

Supervise and develop the commercial team

Support strategic planning and process improvements

Ensure compliance with local laws, VAT, tax, and customs regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Professional certifications in:

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Import-Export

Customs & Bonded Warehouse Management
Experience with:
- ERP systems and advanced reporting tools
Experience Requirement
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in commercial operations within:

FMCG manufacturing industry
- A large group of companies
Strong hands-on experience with:
- LC, customs, VAT, and import-export processes
