Job Summary
Betopia Group is looking for an experienced and
dynamic Assistant Manager – Technical Recruiter to join our HR
/ Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical
background (Computer Science & Engineering) combined with proven experience
hiring for software and IT roles, and will own end-to-end technical recruitment
for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete
recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps,
Data Engineers, etc.)
- Source candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and
conduct initial technical/HR screening interviews
- Coordinate with
technical panels/department heads for interview scheduling and evaluation
- Assess candidates'
technical skill sets, coding background, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Manage job postings on
BDJobs, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Negotiate salary and
close offers with selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment
trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
- Coordinate onboarding
formalities with the HR team
- Build employer branding
initiatives to attract top tech talent
- Any task assigned by the
supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's
degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a related discipline
Experience Requirement
- At least 5 years of
experience in Technical Recruitment/IT Recruitment
- Experience in hiring for
software development, QA, and IT infrastructure roles preferred
- Experience working in a
software company or IT-focused recruitment agency is mandatory
Key Competencies
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Strong understanding of
programming languages, SDLC, and technical hiring processes
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate
technical resumes and conduct basic technical screening
- Proficient in using
BDJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS/recruitment tools
- Strong negotiation and
stakeholder management skills
