Zencore Solutions Limited is a growing
technology and ERP solutions company specializing in implementation, business
process automation, custom software development, and digital transformation
solutions.
As we continue to expand our ERP
implementation team, we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution
Architect, preferably Odoo to drive end-to-end ERP architecture, lead
development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role
combines technical leadership, system design, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with
business requirements, preferably in Odoo.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality,
scalability, and timely delivery
- Define technical standards, best practices, and development
guidelines
- Oversee custom module development, integrations, and system
customization
- Drive system performance optimization and high-availability
architecture
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements
into technical blueprints
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical
mentoring
- Ensure proper documentation, testing strategy, and release
management
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve system
efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science &
Engineering
Experience Requirement
- 4 to 6 Years of Relevant Experience
Key Competencies
- Deep expertise in module architecture like Sales, Inventory,
Accounting, HR, Manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL
- Strong experience in multi-company, multi-warehouse, and SaaS
architectures
- Proven ability to design scalable and modular ERP systems
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns
(microservices, modular monolith, event-driven systems)
- Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL, XML-RPC) and
third-party systems
- Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and caching
strategies
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and CI/CD
pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, code review standards, and
DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Owl, QWeb, and modern frontend integration
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication,
and decision-making skills
