From Job Seeker to Job Creator - The Story of Monir

Md. Monir Hossain began his freelancing career with a single computer in his drawing room. Today, over 400 employees work under him, and he has built an IT company called BDCalling. After losing his job, Monir turned entrepreneur and now dreams of creating 5,000 jobs within two years while spreading freelancing across the country. BdCalling's CEO Monir Hossain spoke with Amader Shomoy about his journey from starting out in freelancing to building a company and taking it to the top level in Bangladesh.
